Hole in the wall place The rooms were nice and great amenities stayed here twice would recommend if you want somewhere nice and a bit on the cheaper side if you book online of course. it’s 250 in person so book online !! Breakfast isn’t included so you have to pay for that unless you pay for it online which it’s 5$ per person but if you go in person it’s about 12-16 bucks so research but overall nice place . Area isn’t the greatest it’s close to the airport. But close to a nice hiking area with great mountains .

Great hotel and value for the money. The rooms are big and we did stay in a pet friendly suite. Our room was on the dingy side and had some dark paint which added too it. Only major complaint was the bathtub which had huge cracks and looked disgusting. The other really odd issue was the area/tree by the elevator(5) in pic 2. Something smelled like fermented man juice over there. It didn't look like an aristocrat pear tree, but it smelled like one... It was extremely gross and stunk up the courtyard area. It or whatever is causing that smell really needs to be removed.

The employees are very courteous , The grounds and the hotel itself is magnificently cleaned white glove check A+ pillows and bed was shockingly perfect (.) Everything seemed knew well kept scale from 1-10 I give it 7.5 very nice establishment…… You shall not be disappointed (.)

A clean place from the lobby to the rooms. The only complaint I have was the temp in the room. I can figure out how to use thermostats, but the one there would not stay at the temp I had set it at. Also, I wanted the fan on and it wouldn't even come on. Over all it was a good place to stay for a business trip.

I found myself stranded in Phoenix at 2a.m. after a cancelled flight, and this hotel was a lifesaver. It was the closest option with a 24-hour shuttle, and the service was outstanding from the start. The shuttle driver was genuinely kind (10/10!), and the front desk associate who checked me in was both warm and efficient, making the process quick and easy. The room was spacious, spotless, and far nicer than expected at this price point. For the value, comfort, and excellent customer service, I highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel! Beds are very comfortable rooms are very nice! Would definitely stay here again. Only downfall is breakfast isn’t free.

The airline gave me a room due to delays and rebooking. This hotel exceeded my expectations. The room was spotless, clean, fresh. The service was attentive, kind and clear. The grounds quiet and safe. Great place. Really helped bring ease during a time of discord.

Stayed here for a short visit and had a pleasant time. When I needed a longer stay, I came across a furnished rental off Brill Street near 48th. It’s close to everything — the airport, Tempe, and downtown — but still feels calm and residential. Perfect for extended stays or remote work trips.
